ABOUT ME

Hello my name is François-Xavier !

I started to do photography in my ten years when my dad allowed me to use his camera, a kodak Instamatic 56 x which can be seen in the movie Le Fabuleux destin Amélie Poulain or small like me she took photos of rabbit-shaped clouds!

Then I quickly replaced my father for family photos and I started to hand me on family and social events more important then I went a more personal photos and since I got more arrested and it has therefore become a passion!

A passion is always difficult to define, I try to make me happy, first is pleased to make a nice picture inspired by what there is around me, my entourage, my travel, go to the meeting of nature and reveal its beauty but also keep a testimony of a lived moment and highlight it to bring out my sensibilities and my personal perception of things show that not always, seen freeze in time a fleeting moment important or generate interest to what n ' is not necessarily.

I operates in instinctive mode, it is like assembling, play with the curves the lines and be his own architect avoiding the already seen, be always attentive and curious, namely wait for the right time to an Indian summer sun sunset, catch the right light at sunrise of the day a winter morning, wait patiently there have nobody, freeze the expression of a face or a situation an event. And as a small solitary Explorer I like hunt these moments that all have a different emotion.
With regard to the material I almost exclusively use bridges, this is sufficient to my needs, talent is not reflected by the material used, is the look and the creativity that takes precedence above all, even with a simple phone you can make very nice photos!

I learned photography by myself creating my own method that is not based on rules of practical photography but personal knowledge acquired over time and my experiences. The difference in my work is that I have technical knowledge that does not limit me and this is what makes the originality of my work and what makes me my different style. This does not prevent me to have the rigour to achieve concrete and creative projects with mostly a strong feeling of freedom of expression.
My photos are not retouched and the only process that I allow myself only merging images in an artistic framework. I'm looking for my own originality because it is also a kind of art, the art of my artistic, emotional and intellectual self.

My future project will someday to realize an exhibition, even if I find it again a little too pretentious, I'd like to succeed to capture the eyes of the public and make them share and valuing my work and can be who know me to point out one day. SEO is unfortunately very difficult in the world of photography especially with the popularization of this job but I'd like to be able to live of what excites me, it is what will give a bit more meaning to my life.
